Balouch or Baloch is a city in Sudhnati District, Azad Kashmir. It is located at 33°38'40N 73°49'25E with an altitude of 1569 metres (5150 feet). The History of Poonch Tribes.] New roads are provided to remote villages connected to Balouch Bazar. Almost every type of thing is available in its market.Upper Keemar, Lower Keemar, Norsa,Upper Kahala, Lower Kahala, Kanjeri and Saran are villages attached to it.

Two large buildings including Phoenix house and Kashif plaza,which are 6 and 5 floors respectively,are constructed recently. Doctor Sadiq Hussain Khan, Colonel Hidayat Khan and Saqib Khan are some leaders of Balouch.
