Microsoft Office Update

Microsoft Office Update is a free online service from Microsoft that allow users to detect and install updates for Microsoft Office products. It has been incorporated into Microsoft Update, the upgrade to Windows Update.

This update service supports Office 2000, Office XP, Office 2003, and 2007 Office system. With the exception of Office 2000 and prior versions, users can also get Office updates through the [http://update.microsoft.com Microsoft Update] service.

Office 2007

Office Update is not available through an Office 2007 application. The Check for Update links will open up a browser to get to the Microsoft Update page, which is currently supported by Internet Explorer 5 or above.
