Randall Bell (born 1959 in
Cleveland, Ohio ) is an applied economist and the author of the business book "Bottom Line Results: The 10 Strategies for Achievement", and the textbook, "Real Estate DaBell was involved with the
Los Angeles riots of 1992 , the Malibu Fire Storms, and theNorthridge Earthquake . Bell was also involved with the Jon Benet Ramsey case, the Heaven’s Gate Mansion in Rancho Santa Fe and the Nicole Brown Simpson Condominium.Bell consulted on
Hurricane Katrina , theBikini Atoll in theMarshall Islands , the World Trade Center site and theUnited Airlines Flight 93 Crash Site in Pennsylvania. He also conducted research atChernobyl andHiroshima .Bell's work was first noted by the media in 1996, when he consulted for Lou Brown, the father of Nicole Brown Simpson. Bell's career has since been profiled as a cover story for "
Entertainment Tonight ". Bell has also appeared onCNN several times, as well as "Court TV ", "Extra ",ABC News , "The O'Reilly Factor ",MSNBC ,20/20 , and theCBS andNBC television networks. His career has also been profiled in the print media, including "People" Magazine, "Wall Street Journal ", "Los Angeles Times ", "Associated Press ", "The Chicago Tribune ", and the "New York Times ".Randall Bell is also the name of a twenty-something lothario from Alston, Cumbria (UK). Born December 8th, 1986. He is running a campaign to become the mayor of Alston and plans to overthrow anyone attempting to bring female immigrants to the village. His main rival is Vince Peart, a campaigner fighting for the end of a relationship recession in Alston.

Bell also authored four pocket-reference books, "Business Owners Manual", "Property Owners Manual", "Quick-Ref Owners Manual", and "Home Owners Manual". Later,Donald T. Phillips, Bell co-authored "Disasters: Wasted Lives, Valuable Lessons". Bell also authored "Bottom Line Results: The 10 Strategies for Achievement".
