Luna is a fashion house based in Pozarevac, Serbia, founded in 1990 as a two member family firm (a mother and a daughter). The company uses raw materials imported from Italy and France, and is ISO 9000 certified. The leader of the international designer team is Danijela Milovanovic. The company markets its fashion collections in all major Serbian towns and exports to Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Canada and other countries. Luna's business model

A matrix of individual and privately held stores is the company's preferred method of market exposure, both in the home country and in foreign markets. These stores are then given special incentives to expand the business in their respective markets. Although the model was criticized by some business schools for losing touch with the values of the brandFact|date=September 2008, the company employed techniques to avoid this, such as partial control of the marketing management within the different markets, while keeping the flexibility that the model provides for various accounts.
