- Second Henderson Ministry

Northern Territory , Australia, and the 51st overall. It came into place onNovember 30 ,2007 , replacing an interim ministry that had been sworn in following the resignation of Chief MinisterClare Martin to cover the transition to new Chief Minister Paul Henderson. The new ministry saw significant changes from the final Martin ministry, largely due to the decision of Martin and Deputy Chief MinisterSyd Stirling to retire to the backbenches.Marion Scrymgour was appointed Deputy Chief Minister in Stirling's place, withDelia Lawrie being appointed Treasurer, a position also previously held by Stirling. The changes also saw the promotion ofMathew Bonson and former Deputy SpeakerLen Kiely to the ministry.
