Rachel Unthank and the Winterset are an English folk quartet from Northumbria, UK. They released their debut album, "Cruel Sister", in 2005, which was subsequently awarded Folk Album of the Year by Mojo magazine. Their 2007 follow-up album, "The Bairns", was nominated for the Best Album award at the BBC Folk Awards 2008 [cite web
