Zhan Silu

Zhan Silu (born c. 1961) is the Chinese Patriotic Catholic Association-sponsored Bishop of the archdiocese of Mindong, Fuijan province, China. He was consecrated as bishop in 2000 but had been serving as a deputy to another who died in 2005.
