Tennessee 2004 is an album made by the supergroup Praxis released in 2007 but recorded at the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival near Manchester, TN during the early morning hours of June 12, 2004.

This album has the collaborations of the guistarist Buckethead, the bassist Bill Laswell and the keyboardist Bernie Worrell.

The track "Night of the Slunk" was originally from Buckethead's album Monsters and Robots released in 1999, and the song "Machine Gun" was originally from the album of Jimi Hendrix called Band of Gypsys in 1970.
