Kevin Michael McHale (born June 14, 1988 in Plano, Texas) is an actor and lead singer in the boy band NLT.

Career

Kevin McHale is one of the lead singers of the boyband "NLT" (Not Like Them). He is also an actor. Kevin has been on shows like Zoey 101, The Office, and is on the upcoming HBO series True Blood.

Music

Kevin is a member of NLT.He is one of the lead singers beside his other band mate Travis Garland.

History:

The group was formed when Chris Stokes told a 14-year-old V Sevani that if he put a group together he'd take a listen. He then found JJ (Justin Joseph Thorne), who had danced with him in an instructional dance video. The two found Kevin Michael McHale, a Plano native through his sister. Kevin's sister was an agent for Travis Michael Garland in Dallas, and NLT was formed. They came to prominence in 2007 under the direction of Jimmy Iovine & Ron Fair at Geffen Records.

On March 13, 2007, they released their debut single called "That Girl" produced by The Underdogs. The music video featured Ashley Benson, with a small appearance by Adam G. Sevani. Their hit single She Said, I Said (Time We Let Go) was produced by Timbaland and released on August 21, 2007. Their new single is entitled "Karma" was released as a digital download on iTunes on April 15, 2008. The song was produced by OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder and co-written by Evan "Kidd" Bogart and Marques Houston. "Karma" video debut May 7, 2008 on AOL videos.

In April of 2007 NLT opened for Danity Kane & The Pussycat Dolls. [1] They have recently completed a 16 date tour, entitled Bandemonium along with fellow boybands Menudo, V Factory and Mark and James. [2]

NLT has made appearances in Bratz (movie) and Jon M. Chu (the director of Step Up 2 The Streets) and Adam G. Sevani's 2nd ACDC video on YouTube.

NLT has songs on the soundtracks to both the "Bratz" movie (which they also appear in) & Disney's "Jump In".

Television

McHale had a recurring role onZoey 101. He played the role of Dooley. In November 2007, McHale appeared on the television series The Office. In the "Launch Party" episode, his character, a pizza delivery boy, is held hostage by Steve Carell's character. McHale also booked another recurring role in HBO's new series True Blood which will begin airing in Sept 2008. Also appeared with his group NLT on MTV's TRL in 2008 to promote the "Bandemonium Tour". He has appeared in numerous commercials since he began acting as a child.
