Amber Higlett

Amber Higlett joined the Nine Network in 2007 to present the business segments for the " Today Show", "National Nine News Morning Edition" and "National Nine News Afternoon Edition". She also presents the "Nine Early News" and the morning Qantas Inflight News Service which is exactly the same news bulletin.

Before joining Nine, Higlett worked as a newsreader and business presenter for Sky News Australia.

Prior to that, she hosted a news and current affairs programme, State Focus, for the Ten Network in Canberra for two years.

Higlett has honed her business skills working as a finance journalist for ABN AMRO Mellon in London and Commsec in Sydney.She has also worked as a reporter for the Seven and Ten Networks in Sydney.

Higlett completed a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) from the University of Technology, Sydney in 1995 and is in the process of completing a Masters in Journalism.
