Syed Muhammad Hussain Shah was an eminent Islamic scholar from British India now in Pakistan who served as an honorary magistrate in Sialkot in British reign, but later on resigned due to a conflict inter Hindus and Muslims.
His life
This was the luminous candle in the spiritual chain of the Naqshbandia Mujadadia Aminia ; the intrinsic heir to the knowledge and spiritual treasures of Pir Syed Amin Shah ; the symbol of the yearning of the Islamic community; the possessor of vision in the flower garden of Iqbal.Muhammad Iqbal national poet of Paskistan used to visist him.
Family
He belonged to pious family of Allo Mahar shrif now in Pakistan. His father Pir Syed Amin Shah was a great saint of Islam of his time. His grand father Pir Syed Muhammad Channan Shah Nuri was an eminent pious in naqsbandi order. His son Syed Faiz-ul Hassan Shah succeeded him as leader of the family after his death in 1933.
Death
He died in 1933 in Allo Mahar and was buried here. He lead a life according to rules and discipline of Islam. He preached Islam in sub-continent and lead Maharvi.
His Shrine
Shrine of Syed Muhammad Hussain Shah mazar (shrine) is the pride of Allo Mahar. . Thousands of devotees come to visit the shrine daily from within the country and from abroad. His urs (death anniversary) is celebrated every year on the 23 th of Marach and 21 October.
