ReCellular Inc. is the world's largest recycler/reseller of cell phones, both for charity and profit purposes.Fact|date=January 2008 A number of major companies operating cell phone recycling programs, including Verizon Wireless, WalMart and Best Buy, use ReCellular to run their recycling programs.

ReCellular was founded as a for-profit corporation in 1991 by Chuck Newman, after a previous business venture based on leasing cell phones failed. In November 2006, the magazine "Inc." named ReCellular to the Green 50. [http://www.inc.com/magazine/20061101/green50_recyclers.html]

The company is headquartered in Dexter, Michigan.
