Konkan Kanya Express

Konkan Kanya Express is an Indian Railways train running between Mumbai and Madgaon on the Konkan Railway route. The train covers the 765 km journey in about 13.5 hours. Konkan Kanya literally means Konkan's virgin, [ [http://www.experiencefestival.com/kanya Kanya ] ] , deriving its name from the Konkan region of India through which the train runs. It is an important train link serving people along the coastal areas of Maharastra and Goa.
