Roh Sang-Rae (노상래, born. December 15, 1970) is South Korean footballer played mainly Chunnam Dragons as a forward.

His first season, 1995, he achieved triple crown that Rookie of the Year award, Most goalscorer and All-star match MVP. And 1997, He awarded Most goalscorer in Korean FA Cup 1997. In 1999, he was Asian Cup Winners Cup MVP.

He is fifth member of 40-40 Club since April 27, 2003. His record was 76 goals and 40 assists when he achieved record. His all-time record is 246 appearances, 76 goals, 40 assists.

He is now learning of coach technic.
