John F. Reif

John F. Reif is a Justice on the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Justice Reif was appointed to the court by Governor of Oklahoma Brad Henry. He Governor Henry’s fourth appointment to the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Reif filled the vacancy created by the retirement of former Justice Robert E. Lavender.

Justice Reif has served in the state judiciary for 26 years, most recently as a member of the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals where he spent the last 23 years. He has also served as a special district judge and an assistant district attorney in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

Reif earned a law degree and a bachelor’s degree at the University of Tulsa. He resides in Skiatook, Oklahoma with his wife.
