Beaurepaire is a town and commune in the Isère "département", in France.

It was the first town in France to be fitted with electric lanterns. The town is also well know by rugby enthusiasts for its first division team, and its affiliation with ex-internationals Marc Cécillon and Olivier Milloud.Beaurepaire has a cinema and a stadium, as well as a train station (it hasn't been used in years though). Minor delinquency used to be a problem, and the gendarmerie is very present downtown.
