Frank Lee Williams (born February 13, 1958 in Seattle, Washington) is a retired Major League Baseball pitcher. He played during six seasons (by|1984 to by|1989) at the major league level, pitching for the San Francisco Giants, Cincinnati Reds, and Detroit Tigers. He was drafted by the Giants in the 11th round of the by|1979 amateur draft. He played his first professional season with their Rookie League Great Falls Giants in by|1979, and his last with the Detroit Tigers in by|1989.
