Kopacz is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Złotoryja, within Złotoryja County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|2|km|mi|0 east of Złotoryja, and convert|78|km|mi|0 west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The village has a population of 230.
