Gronów ( _de. Gruna) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zgorzelec, within Zgorzelec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the German border. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|11|km|mi|0 north-east of Zgorzelec, and convert|133|km|mi|0 west of the regional capital Wrocław.
