Starczów ( _de. Alt-Altmannsdorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kamieniec Ząbkowicki, within Ząbkowice Śląskie County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|5|km|mi|0 north-east of Kamieniec Ząbkowicki, convert|10|km|mi|0 south-east of Ząbkowice Śląskie, and convert|65|km|mi|0 south of the regional capital Wrocław.
