Targowica is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ciepłowody, within Ząbkowice Śląskie County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|6|km|mi|0 east of Ciepłowody, convert|16|km|mi|0 north-east of Ząbkowice Śląskie, and convert|50|km|mi|0 south of the regional capital Wrocław.
