Grochowa ( _de. Grochau) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bardo, within Ząbkowice Śląskie County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|5|km|mi|0 north of Bardo, convert|6|km|mi|0 south-west of Ząbkowice Śląskie, and convert|67|km|mi|0 south of the regional capital Wrocław.
