"Reign Supreme" was to be the debut album of R&B girl group Tha' Rayne. [ [http://media.www.thehilltoponline.com/media/storage/paper590/news/2003/10/10/LifeStyle/Tharayne.Just.Drizzles-525077.shtml Tha'Rayne Just Drizzles - Life & Style ] ] Simply titled "Tha' Rayne" originally, the album had a scheduled release date in 2002, after releasing their debut single, "Rock Wit' Me". However, due to Antonio "L.A." Reid leaving Arista in early 2004 and the label folding soon after, the group was dropped and the album went unreleased.

Released in August 2003 to coincide with the release of their first official single, "Didn't You Know" and to promote the scheduled September album release date. The mixtape sampler was hosted by DJ Absolut, and is the only known release of any version of "Holla Back" to the public.
