Buck Peterson

Buck Peterson (born in Minnesota, United States) is a successful humor writer and cookbook author, best known for "The Original Road Kill Cookbook" (1985) containing cooking recipes for animals that have been struck and killed by motor vehicles, i.e. roadkills, which he believes to be a highly underrated food source.cite book | title = Extreme Cuisine: The Weird & Wonderful Foods That People Eat | first = Jerry |last = Hopkins | publisher = Periplus | year = 2004 | isbn = 079460255X | pages = p. 299]
