Wagon style wheel

Wagon wheels are a style of automotive wheel popular in the 1970s and 1980s. They were a two piece wheel made of steel and came in white, black, or chrome plated. The wheels got their nickname because they were either an 8 or 10 spoke design like wheels on a wagon. They were a popular addition to trucks, vans, Jeeps and muscle cars and were made famous by their use on the tv show The Fall Guy on Colt Seavers' GMC 4x4 pickup truck. They were also on Daisy Duke's Plymouth in The Dukes of Hazzard before it was driven off a cliff. Their sturdy construction made them popular for off roaders and 3/4 ton trucks. They also saw a lot of use on boat trailers. Some wheel companies like Cragar, American Wheel Company, US Wheel, and American Racing still produce them.
