Girls Don't Cry is an American all-female pop group, formed in New York City in 2005. Girls Don't Cry, consisting of Liz Kelly, Hannah Fairlight, Sora An, Caitlin Gray, and Rachael Cornick, was developed by songwriting/production team Harold Stephan and Richard Berg of Garfish Music in Manhattan.

The sound of the band can best be described as The Killers meets The Go-Gos. In 2006 the band recorded a full set of songs, become a regular at NYC's legendary The Bitter End, and played with or opened for various national touring acts such as Gavin Degraw, Nine Days, Damone, Under the Influence of Giants, Chris Barron of the Spin Doctors, 3, Spacehog, and Alexa Ray Joel.

The group officially disbanded in 2007.
