Luis Alberto Urrea

Luis Alberto Urrea is a Latin American writer known as one of the most prominent Latino writers. Urrea is the recipient of the Lannon Literary Award, an American Book Award, and a Colorado Book Award, and has been inducted into the Latino Literary Hall of Fame. His book, "The Devil's Highway", was a finalist for the 2005 Pulitzer Prize for general nonfiction. Urrea's most recent book is the novel "The Hummingbird's Daughter".
