Achanoor

Achanoor is a village in between Thiruvaiyaru and Kallanai, Grand Anaicut, Tamil Nadu in India. The main economy in the village is agriculture like many other villages in India. It has fertile lands as it is in the Kaveri delta region. Paddy, sugarcane, banana, onions, coconuts are chief products. The neighboring villages of Achanoor are Marur, Sathanoor and Vaidhyanathanpettai.
