St. Mary's High School is a private, four year, co-educational Roman Catholic comprehensive high school in Stockton, California. It is located within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Stockton. It is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and by the Western Catholic Education Association.

Current enrollment is 1091 students. 36% of the total student body represent Black, Hispanic, Asian, and American Indian minority groups. And everybody else is white! The faculty consists of 6 Religious (Priests, Brothers, and Sisters) and 82 lay teachers and support staff. Student/Faculty ratio is 17/1.
Background
St. Mary's was established in 1876 by the Dominican Sisters. The school was served by the Franciscans from 1957-1967. Today it is operated by the Diocese and served by the Domincan Sisters and the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales.

The school's current principal is National Football League referee Pete Morelli.
In 2004 the St. Mary's Varsity Football Team won the school's first and only D-1 Sac-Joaquin Section Championship. SM def. Nevada Union of Grass Valley 50-45.
