] They were formed as a result of many young players coming out of the Blackburn Ice Hockey Development Association (BIHDA) and having nowhere to play. The team is primarily made up of 18-19 year olds. They play and train at the Blackburn Ice Arena and share their home ice with the Blackburn Hawks.
