Nascot Wood is a small area of Watford, Hertfordshire. It is one of the most affluent areas of Watford in particular Nascot Wood Road, as many houses in Nascot Wood range from £700,000 up to £3,000,000.

The two most well known roads in Nascot Wood are Hempstead Road and Nascot Wood Road. Hempstead Road is a very fairly busy tree lined residential road. Hempstead Road leads up to the M25 gateway and beyond to Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

Nascot Wood Road is an affluent, quiet tree lined road with recently introduced speed humps. This road is home to Watford’s elite including many of the Watford Football Team, Private Equity and Investment Bankers now moving into the area due to close proximity to London's Country Estate the Grove, walking distance to Watford Junction where by train Watford Junction to Euston 16 minutes, and walking distance to the Green conservation areas of Cassiobury park, dense woods and the famous Grand Union Canal, Nascot Wood Road is the new Hampstead Heath in the making

The area of Nascot Wood has transport links to London as Watford Junction railway station is nearby and has high speed trains to London every 10 minutes, as well as high speed trains to Gatwick Airport, Milton Keynes, Birmingham and Manchester. The area is very close to the busy Watford town centre and Vicarage Road Football Stadium the home of Watford F.C.
