Jakubów ( _de. Jakobskirch) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Radwanice, within Polkowice County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.It lies approximately convert|5|km|mi|0 east of Radwanice, convert|11|km|mi|0 north-west of Polkowice, and convert|89|km|mi|0 north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
