Biskupice Oławskie ( _de. Bischwitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Jelcz-Laskowice, within Oława County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|14|km|mi|0 east of Jelcz-Laskowice, convert|17|km|mi|0 north-east of Oława, and convert|37|km|mi|0 south-east of the regional capital Wrocław.
