Posadowice is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bierutów, within Oleśnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|9|km|mi|0 south-west of Bierutów, convert|17|km|mi|0 south-east of Oleśnica, and convert|32|km|mi|0 east of the regional capital Wrocław.
