The 1974 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup Final was the final football match of the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup 1973-74. It was contested between 1. FC Magdeburg of East Germany and A.C. Milan of Italy, and was held at Feyenoord Stadion in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Magdeburg won the match 2–0 thanks to goals by Enrico Lanzi (own goal) and Wolfgang Seguin.
