Peter Klashorst

Peter Klashorst (born February 11, 1957) is a Dutch painter, sculptor, and photographer.

Biography

Peter Klashorst was born on February 11, 1957 in Santpoort, Netherlands.

Klashorst specializes in painting and photographing young women, particularly from the Netherlands and several African countries. He also has a wife and children in Africa. In 2003 Klashorst did a brief entry into politics with his party "O O Den Haag", but later withdrew from the elections. In 2005, "King Klashorst", an authorized biography, written by Robert Vuijsje, was published. An extensive biography will also be published about his art, ideas, and life on the 25th anniversary of Peter Klashorst as a painter in 2007. An exhibition will also be set up, concerning his paintings, drawings, photographs and objects.
