Per Heimly is a Norwegian photographer and editor of the international trend magazine "Fjords". Heimly comes from the little village Snubba, municipality of Evenes in Nordland county. Heimly is known as a friend of Ari Behn for eight years before Behn got married to HRH princess Märtha Louise.
