This deepwater top shell lives at depths of between 90 and 185 m.
hell description
The shell is similar to "
Spectamen plicatulum " but not so depressed, with six primary spirals on the spire-whorls, compared with four in "Spectamen plicatulum", and a narrower umbilicus, only one fourth the diameter of the base.The shell height is up to 3.2 mm, and the width is up to 5 mm.
