Prabhash Joshi (born on 15 July 1936) is a noted figure in Indian print media. He is a well known writer and political analyst. Prabhash Joshi is the founder editor of Hindi daily Jansatta a publication of the Indian Express Group [ [http://www.tehelka.com/story_main14.asp?filename=hub110505those_who_CS.asp Tehelka - The People's Paper ] ] . He is still serving as the consulting editor of Jansatta and regularly writes articles for this and other newspapers. He is also famous for his writings on cricket. Prabhash Joshi is a popular television commentator and mainly invited for his views and comments on national politics during the Lok Sabha (lower house of the Parliament of India) or Vidhan Sabha (Legislative Assembly of an Indian state) elections.
