The Ritz-Carlton Toronto is a hotel and residential skyscraper under construction [ [http://www.urbandb.com/canada/ontario/toronto/the_ritz_carlton/ The Ritz-Carlton (Skyscraper) ] ] in Toronto, Canada.

It will be located in the heart of Downtown Toronto, the address being 181 Wellington Street West. Construction began in 2007 and should be completed in 2009.

Architecture

The 53-story Ritz-Carlton will be approximately 208 m (683,7 ft) [ [http://www.emporis.com/en/wm/bu/?id=ritzcarltontoronto-toronto-canada Ritz-Carlton Toronto, Toronto ] ] tall along with a total floor area of 65,030 m². The exterior will consist of a post-modern glass facade. The interior will include 267 hotel rooms as well as 135 condominiums.
