How the CHC can help with an NHS complaint

The Community Health Council is there to help you. Part of the CHCs job is to make sure patients get a fair deal from the NHS. This includes Hospitals, Community Health Services, GPs, Dentists, Opticians and Pharmacists. Most people are very satisfied with the service they receive, but sometimes they are unhappy and may want to comment or even complain.
