Rwake is a
southern doom metal band from Little Rock,Arkansas , USA, that began as a jamming four-piece in1996 . The band was originally called Wake. The first Wake show was March 15th 1997 in Batesville, Arkansas at the Landers Theater.They began touring in Oct.
2001 , and have self-released two recordings, "", and, "Absence Due to Projection . Since then 3 more releases have been "Hell is a Door to the Sun ", "If You Walk Before You Crawl, You Crawl Before You Die " and "Voices Of Omens ". They have also been featured on many samplers and compilations.The band signed with
Relapse Records in January 2006, and released "Voices Of Omens " in February of 2007. Since theirRelapse debut, Rwake has maintained a busy touring schedule in support of "Voices Of Omens ".Members
