ISBEM

iSBEM is a free software designed for the purpose of indicating compliance with UK building regulations part L2a and L2b as regards carbon emissions from non domestic buildings. The latest version at time of writing is V3.2.b which is available as a download from the EPBD NCM website [http://www.ncm.bre.co.uk/] . There are other software packages which have similar functionality, SBEM is however the only tool which will be accepted officially and is therefore incorporated into all other software.

It has recently undergone additonal programming to allow it to be used to produce EPCs for Non-Domestic Buildings.:"see also: Building regulations in the United Kingdom"
