midfielder forBayern Munich andVfB Stuttgart in Germany's Bundesliga. He was part of the German teams that reached the quarterfinals at the1994 FIFA World Cup and won the Euro 96.In his two spells at Bayern, Strunz won five championship medals and two German cups. In 1996 he won the
UEFA Cup .After retiring, Strunz served as assistant coach at
