Terri Rachals

Terri Rachals is a former nurse from Georgia who was accused of killing six people at Phoebe Putney Hospital in Albany, Georgia with potassium chloride, a heart-stopping drug. Her trial, held in 1986, found her guilty on one of twenty aggravated assault charges. The other nineteen charges were dismissed after a psychiatrist testified that she suffered from depression and other disorders that made her unaware of what she was doing.citeweb|url=http://www.cbsnews.com/elements/2003/12/16/in_depth_us/whoswho588843_0_8_person.shtml|title=CBS News: Angel Of Death?|accessdate=2007-12-05]
