Terri Rachals is a former nurse from Georgia who was accused of killing six people at Phoebe Putney Hospital in Albany, Georgia with
potassium chloride , a heart-stopping drug. Her trial, held in1986 , found her guilty on one of twentyaggravated assault charges.
