EnigmaWarsaw

"EnigmaWarsaw" is a real life adventure game based in the city of Warsaw, Poland created by a local travel agency to help popularize Warsaw as an alternative vacation destination. The game can be played by between 4 and 40 people, who have to work together to discover an earlier city, one which was razed to the ground during the Second World War. Teams of players use pre-war maps to uncover the remaining traces of an invisible city, play various games, solve problems, and interact with Warsaw's citizens. The game's name is also a tribute to the Polish cryptographers who broke the Enigma machine code during the Second World War.

The game develops the treasure hunt formula, combining it with a pro-active approach to discovering history. Although EnigmaWarsaw is played within the environs of today's city, the players get to peel back the facade to see that the elements of much of the former city still exists. Apart from its entertainment aspect, this game enables the participants to learn more about destiny of the people who made the city their home before and during the Second World War.

EnigmaWarsaw is a product of StayPoland travel agency.
