Llanfair Kilgeddin ( _cy. Llanfair Cilgedin) is a village in Monmouthshire, south east Wales, United Kingdom.

Location

Llanfair Kilgeddin is located four miles north west of Usk and six miles south east of Abergavenny on the B4598 road.

History & Amenities

A Norman motte and bailey castle site remains near the village. The River Usk passes close by. The church [http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/280378] is famous for its mural by Heywood Sumner.
