John Collin Underhay (
January 15 1829 – ) was a farmer, land surveyor and political figure inPrince Edward Island . He represented1st Kings from 1879 to 1882 and2nd Kings from 1886 to 1893 in theLegislative Assembly of Prince Edward Island as a Liberal member.He was born in
Bay Fortune, Prince Edward Island , the son of William Underhay. In 1856, he married Rosaline, the daughter of James Cresswell, a member of the province's Legislative Council. Underhay was a justice of the peace and also served as postmaster at Grand River. He was the head of the Independent Order of Good Templars in the province.External links
