Ray Adams represented News Corp-controlled satcaster BSkyB, and was a board member of European anti-piracy org AEPOC.
On release and publication some of me of emails sent between NDS head of security Ray Adams and Lee Gibling, the missing founder of the now closed pirate site (now in Turkey), Thoic.com (The House Of Ill Compute), revealed NDS paid thousands of pounds into Gibling's personal bank account. He said he had been unaware Thoic was publishing ITV Digital's codes.
