Yagoo's road

Yagoo's road is a road in Millington, New Jersey.

The Underground Railroad freed many slaves. During the Civil War, the Erie Lackawanna railroads lead over 3,000 slaves to freedom. This railroad happens to be in Millington, Morris County. Several people such as engineers and hikers have said to have seen a 7 foot tall black man, wearing a robe, with red eyes and yellow pupils standing on top of a bridge or on the railroad tracks. No one knows why he roams the tracks. Other sightings have been reported along Yagoo’s road which runs along the Erie Lackawanna railroad. Most of the homes on that road contain puddingstone, which was used to ward off evil in the early 1900s. Many of the houses and buildings still include pudding stones and were visited by “spirits” and “unknown entities,” which is probably why many have pudding stones on them. Local residents have tied orange ribbons around locations where ghosts have been seen.
